Apprenticeships LogoApprentice recruitment made easy.

Recruiting an apprentice is an opportunity to discover fresh new talent, with 96% of employers reporting benefits to their business including increased productivity and output.

We are highly experienced in preparing young people for the workplace and by partnering with us to recruit your apprentice, we can take away the headache and cost associated with the recruitment process to find the right young person for your business.

Our learners are prepared for work through extensive pre-apprenticeship programmes focusing on maths and English, health and safety and employability skills such as timekeeping, attitude and teamwork.

With experience in a variety of construction trades or office experience, we ensure that learners are work-ready prior to starting an apprenticeship to ensure a smooth fit with your business meaning they can start making a difference from day one.

Four ways to recruit an apprentice

Recruit a work-ready apprentice from one of our training centres

Source your own apprentice from friends and family and we will sort the rest

Advertise your vacancy with us and if required we will undertake interviews to ensure you have the right apprentice to help your business grow

Support a young person with work experience and provide skills and opportunities for them to experience the world of work

As a training provider contracted by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA), your apprentices work-based training programme will be fully or part funded.

For 16-18 year old apprentices, 100% of course fees are funded, meaning as an employer you only need to support an apprentice’s wage. For apprentices aged 19+, you as an employer are required to pay a contribution to apprenticeship training.

All employed apprentices must be paid to the appropriate Apprentice National Minimum Wage (currently £3.50 as of 1st April 2017) which applies to all 16 to 18 year olds and those aged 19+ in their first year of their apprenticeship.

  • Apprentices must receive 20 days paid holiday excluding
    bank holidays
  • An Apprenticeship Agreement must be in place prior to start date
  • Apprenticeship duration from 12 months
  • We can help to advertise your vacancy or provide work-ready young people selected to fit with your company. With a free four to six week work trial, we make sure that we find the right apprentice
    for your business
